IMPORTANT — PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY SEAT Ventilation exclusively serves professional customers (B2B). Consumer withdrawal rights under French or EU consumer protection law do not apply to transactions between businesses.


  1. RETURN CONDITIONS

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused and uninstalled
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or purchase order

All return requests must be submitted in advance by email to commandes@seat-ventilation.com. No return will be accepted without prior written approval from our team.

Returns must be shipped to: SEAT Ventilation 70 Impasse Jean Mermoz Parc Technologique Delta Sud 09340 Verniolle, France

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of proven product defect or error on our part.


  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products manufactured to custom specifications or personalised to the customer's requirements
  • Products that have been installed, used or modified
  • Products damaged after receipt due to customer negligence
  • Items sold at a discounted or promotional price

  1. DAMAGES AND DISPUTES UPON RECEIPT

Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you must:

  • Record detailed written reservations on the delivery receipt in the presence of the carrier
  • File an immediate claim with the shipping company
  • Contact us within 48 hours at commandes@seat-ventilation.com with supporting photographs

Without written reservations on the delivery receipt, no claim can be made against the carrier. Damaged goods must be returned to our facility accompanied by the original invoice.

Please note that for international shipments, customs duties, import taxes and any applicable local charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are governed by the legislation of the destination country.


  1. EXCHANGES

To proceed with an exchange, return the item following the process above once approved by our team, then place a new order. Please contact your SEAT Ventilation sales representative for any service or replacement requests.


  1. REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at commandes@seat-ventilation.com.
